Reporting infringement

Send a detailed notice to support@darkua.example including: identification of the copyrighted work or trademark, URLs of the listings in question, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized (where applicable).

Counter-notice

Sellers who believe a takedown was mistaken may respond with evidence and contact information according to your finalized repeat-infringer and appeal policy.

Repeat policy

Accounts that repeatedly infringe or abuse the notice process may be restricted. Exact thresholds belong in your legal playbook.
