Using the service

You agree to use the marketplace only for lawful purposes and in line with technical limitations (rate limits, account eligibility, etc.).

Sellers

Sellers must provide accurate listings, honor stated delivery methods, and comply with intellectual property and regional laws. Darkua may suspend listings or accounts that pose risk to buyers or the platform. See also seller tools and contacts for onboarding.

Buyers

Buyers must pay for orders they place and cooperate with verification or dispute processes when required. Refund expectations are summarized in the refund policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided as-is; liability caps and disclaimers will be defined in your production terms.
